Lion Park Johannesburg

The Lion Park, Johannesburg South Africa

I was pinching myself to keep awake for the flight to joburg at the most unearthly hour ever.
And this was right after my leave so u can imagine my reluctance to go back to work. Unexpectedly however i ended up having a really good time. went to the lions park, the lion park is a conservation park which u can visit in a vehicle where the lions roam free. The park ranger told us that there were an incident where a group of chinese tourists opened the car door to snap pics of the lion since they couldnt understand the signs written in english saying to close the car door and not to step out and two people were killed. i know, right!
The lion is one of my fav animal, majestic and royal, cool & aloof ,walking with such pride . Just look at the beautiful creature captured on my camera below. beautiful isnt he? White lion with blue eyes and a white mane. My heart gasped and leapt to be so up close and personal with him.
I'm in love with this lion.

one of nature's most marvelous creation. The white lion

the white king in his territory

The royal yawn

The prey away from the predator

My leave in august was nice. spent 4 days in paris sick with flu though. Guy seated next to me on the aircraft passed his germs to me, through a potent combination of sneezing and wheezing in my face when discussing french politics with me. Erm well i really cant call it a discussion since i was mostly asking questions and hes mostly answering. Why did i have to ask questions~! brought it upon myself. =( He started the topic and was really happy to give me a crash course in french politics. he didnt look like he want to stop.
luckily, caring & kind gilles took good care of me when i was down. Managed to watch 'ratatoille' on our first day in paris the cutest and most hilarious cartoon i've seen since Nemo, produced by pixar and disney. how good is that~! biked ard the city too and mostly roamed the area of "le defense."

After four days of pigging around in paris, we flew to prague for our holiday. prague is fantaz, i mean the people were really friendly and charming and that makes a lot of difference. the famous charles bridge very well deserves its popularity amongst tourist . Its the prettiest bridge i've seen in my travels so far. the scenery was breath-takingly beautiful and the antiquity feels authentic. its a very romantic spot, minus the bustling human traffic jams and the photo-snapping tourists. i know im one of em =0) Here are some pictures from my holiday
