3.My escargot-eating feat!
X'mas 2006 was spent with Gilles. Amid demonstrations of superb
cullinary skills & fantastic decorating abilities, we still did a quiet one, just
the two of us, and our sparkly party. The xmas tree above was my very first one
small and cute, just enough to set the mood. Decorations are humble too, not over
the top huh? Do you like it?
Gilles' insisted on a turkey, I had to convince him to get the smaller one
instead. He was keen on a big one but then it means we might have to eat turkey for
an entire month. Being the expert at turkey, and me having zilch experience
, the important task of preparing the turkey fell on gilles' shoulders.
The french chef kicked into action!

how to make gilles' oven turkey
- take the turkey out from the freezer
- stuff turkey's hollow with chestnuts
- Be orgasmic while stuffing the turkey to look cute for the camera
- cute slits in the turkey and stuff little blocks of butter into them
- close the turkey's hollow up with toothpicks
- Presto, gilles's yummy turkey after two plus hours of baking
